Julie Stanke is the President & CEO of Fresh Paint Inc.,   She has 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate management & construction services.  Julie is in the painting and specialty coating business, but she always say's, she's really in the “people” business.  Her job is to support the work of her team and clients with a “value-add” mindset and a relationship-based approach in every commercial, industrial, retail, & specialty project they are trusted with.  Julie absolutely loves people, and loves creating the “experience” that leaves a lasting impression and ends with the “happy dog.”  You know that face, don’t you?
