Event Policy

Cancellation & Substitution Policy

To ensure an accurate event count and provide the best experience for all attendees, the Retail Real Estate Network has established the following registration and cancellation guidelines:

Pre-Registration
Pre-registration for all events closes at 12:00 PM (noon) on the day prior to the event. After this time, registrations will only be accepted on-site.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the event to avoid being billed. Cancellations received after this deadline are not eligible for a refund.

Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, substitutions from the same organization are welcome and based on member or nonmember there may be an additional cost. Substitution requests must also be submitted in writing at least 24 hours in advance.

No Shows
Registrants who do not attend the event and do not submit a written cancellation or substitution within the required timeframe will be billed in full.
